- 3/4 jars Condensed milk
- 1 units Egg
- 1 poco Granulated sugar
- 1 pizca Ground cinnamon
Instrucciones

- 1Preheat the oven at 180C.
- 2Separate the whites from the yolks.Wash, peel and grate the apples.In a bowl mix the apples, the condensed milk, the yolks and cinnamon powder.Revolve until mixing.
- 3Place in a Budinera that can go baked.Bake 25-30 mins until this golden up and curdled.Remove from the oven and let cool.
- 4Beat the whites until sparkling at maximum speed.Lower the speed of the blender and add the sugar in the form of a rain.Climb the speed and continue to beat until you get a meringue of hard peaks.
- 5Place the meringue on the apple mixture, put back to the oven a few segs to brown the upper part of the merengue, remove from the oven and serve.
