- 190 grams Chickpeas (canned)
- 75 grams Diced onion list
- 2 teeth Garlic
- 60 grams Coriander
- 1 tbsp Flour (no powder)
- 1/4 tsp Sal
- 1 pizca Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 500 milliliters Oil
Instrucciones

- 1Drain the Wasil® chickpeas and wash them using a colander.
- 2In a processor mix everything, starting with the cilantro (without stems), then chickpeas, onion, garlic, flour and seasonings.
- 3When processed, a pasty mixture will be obtained. Take a bowl and cover with plastic film. Let rest the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
- 4After the time, heat the oil in a wok. In parallel, take out the refrigerator mixture, make the balls with your hand, should be small for oil covers. Remember that this is important so that they do not disarm, since when being cooked chickpiece are more fragile.
- 5Fry the falafel for 3 minutes and then leave them on absorbent paper.
