- 300 grams Potato
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3/4 units Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 pizca Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Yellow pepper (pasta)
- 85 grams Canned tuna
- 1/8 units Onion
- 3/4 units Avocado
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 3 units Black olives
- 1 units Egg
- 1 poco Red pepper
Instrucciones

- 1Cook potatoes in salt water.Peel them and press them so that a puree is formed.Knead and flavor with salt, pepper, lemon, chili and oil
- 2Mix tuna with half of mayonnaise and chopped onion
- 3In a mold (7 cm approx high) put a layer of puree with half of the preparation.Add tuna, sliced tomato, avocado chops, half of mayonnaise and cover with the rest of the puree
- 4Takening to refrigerate for an hour, then flip the mold and decorate with parsley, chopped olives, chopped egg, avocado in chops (with a few drops of lemon so that they do not put black) and what remains of mayonnaise and some paprika strips
